Prop 3 - No

Like I said before, I hate bonds. We can't continue to rely on bonds to fund everything we do. Especially in this economy, where money is tight and selling bonds is becoming hard to do.

Prop 3 allows for the sale of $980 million in bonds to fund Children's hospitals. Over 30 years the state will need to pay back the $980 million plus $933 million in interest. I love children's hospital. I even like paying taxes for Children's hospitals. We should not be paying for them with bonds.  This will just get us into more debt. With a medical system that is broken and faltering, getting further into debt won't help us.  We need a fundamental change (of course I have my suggestions as to how) and this is not it.
