I knew. I knew it was going to happen today. I went to my professor's office hours last week. We talked for a bit, he asked what I thought of the classes so far. I said that I've enjoyed them (honestly, the Socratic Method makes it so much more interesting than a 3 hour lecture) but then I said I know he's going to call on me and make a fool of me one day. Guess what, the next class period, today, - he did.
Well, I didn't make a complete fool of myself. I got one bit of the law wrong and had to call on my neighbor as co-council. He was a great help in getting me over that bump, but I took control back after that (and believe me I will never ever forget the Emergency Doctrine and how it applies to negligence ever again). I held my ground and stated my piece. I think I gave a very strong performance today.
